Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days to enable customization. Times may be longer based on demand or inclusion of additional features.

  • Tracked global shipping offered

  • Times and costs vary by region

  • Buyer is responsible for any customs, VAT, or import charges, including tariffs paid by Tap Tavern.

RETURNS

Custom product sales are final and may not be returned.

Standard products may be returned unopened within 14 days of delivery.

  • Contact dm@taptavern.app with your order number and reason

  • Buyer pays return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect

REFUNDS

Issued once returned items are inspected

  • No refunds for activated digital content

  • Processed to original payment method (5–10 business days)

FAULTY GOODS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 5 days

  • We’ll offer a replacement or full refund upon verification
